Man Broke into Home in Mooresville

CIC Default Crime Scene TapeA 51-year-old man is facing several charges after he broke into a home in Mooresville on Tuesday, police said.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Hillside Drive. William Moss was arrested after he ran and hid in bushes behind the victim’s home.

He has been charged with trespassing, first degree burglary, indecent exposure, and secret peeping, and was held on a $100,000 bond.

Police have arrested Moss several times before for indecent liberty with a child, breaking and entering, and indecent exposure.
