ROCK HILL, SC – A Rock Hill man is in jail after investigators say he touched the private parts of his neighbor’s sons while babysitting them at his house. Jack Sanders Jr. babysat these three young boys several times.
The incidents occurred from June 1 through the end of August in Fort Mill, according to the report from the York County Sheriff’s Office. Police do not know how long this incident has been happening, but they now have Sanders in custody.
Jack Sanders Jr., 65, of Rock Hill, is charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to the report.
The mother of the children, ages three, six and nine, called deputies after one of her sons told her that Sanders had touched his private parts while sitting on his lap watching TV. The other two boys told similar stories to deputies.
The boys said Sanders had yelled at them when they told him to stop and had told them to keep quiet.
After a month long investigation, Sanders was arrested on Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000.
