A man has been arrested and charged with felony indecent liberties with a child at a Charlotte Walmart.
Rayshawn James, 26, was at the North Tryon Street Walmart in Charlotte when he approached a 15-year-old boy, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.
The incident was reported by the victim on Wednesday, police said.
