Man Cuts Monitoring Device Off & Is On The Run

Charlotte police are looking for a man that cut his electronic monitoring device and is now on the run. The man- Jamarius Sherrill is wanted on warrants for two counts of larceny of an automobile, two counts possession of a stolen vehicle, felony conspiracy, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.

Sherrill was released from jail on September 25 on a $25,000 bond. According to police, the monitoring device was a condition of his bail. Sherrill was last seen at the transit center on Trade Street.
