swLAKE WYLIE, S.C. – A serial flasher is targeting women at grocery stores and police said the man pretends to be a good Samaritan.
He tells women their vehicles are leaking brake fluid before exposing himself.
He has been reported to expose himself at the Lake Wylie Walmart and Food Lion.
Police said he is a black male between 30 and 45 years old with partially gray hair and a scruffy beard.
He also has a chipped right front tooth and may be driving a gray SUV, possibly a Toyota Rav 4.
