Police are investigating a shooting outside a Charlotte nightclub that left a man dead. The incident happened around 2:30 am Friday in the parking lot of Club 935. The club is located off of South Summit Avenue near uptown.
According to police, an argument broke out in the parking lot and twenty four year old Paul Anthony Fyffe Jr was shot. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Fyffe suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to CMC and later died.
Detectives with the Homicide Unit canvassed the surrounding neighborhoods to determine if there were any witnesses to the shooting. As of right now, police have no one in custody.
