A Hickory man was sentenced to spend at least a year in prison for thefts he committed. Frederick Charles Washburn pleaded guilty to committing multiple thefts across the country- in the states of California, Florida, and the Carolinas. According to police, Washburn stole trailers, boats, jet skis, and cars and then sold them online.
A judge has ordered Washburn to spend 12 to 16 months in prison.
