Thirteen year old Kiley Hegger has been returned safely to her home in south Charlotte. The teen was reunited with her parents around midnight Thursday night.
Hegger- a sixth grader at Union Faith Christian Academy- went missing earlier this week. Her parents had went into her bedroom to check on her around 11 Monday night and discovered a bathroom window was open and Hegger was gone. Hours before the teen was found, CMPD had turned the case over to the Homicide Unit.
Police have not released any information on where or how Hegger was found.
