NFL Player’s Father Arrested for Shooting at Rock Hill Bar Employee

gun handNFL play Jadeveon Clowney’s father has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot at an adult club employee in Rock Hill on Tuesday, according to the Herald.

David Morgan, whose nickname is “Chilli Bean,” allegedly shot several times at someone working at the Crazy Horse bar after Morgan had been sitting on the stage and was removed, a Rock Hill Police report said.

Morgan was in prison for several years during the times his son was a teenager playing football in Rock Hill.

The victim said he noticed Morgan standing next to a wall at the back of the bar building about 2:15 a.m. before Morgan shot at him several times, the Herald said.

The club employee then returned fire at Morgan, police said.

Morgan was later found being treated for a gunshot wound in his shoulder at Piedmont Medical Center. Police charged him with possession of a weapon during a violent crime and attempted murder.

There were two guns recovered from the scene by police.
