The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cleveland County man after finding 141 pounds of marijuana during a search. The Cleveland County Narcotics arrested Jose Juan Gonzalez-Martinez on Friday. The marijuana was found in his home as well as a vehicle parked in the driveway of his home, located on Stony Point Road in Shelby.
He is being charged with trafficking marijuana- Level II and possession with intent to sell or deliver. His bond has been set at $150,000.
