CHARLOTTE, N.C. – More than $700 worth of bras and clothing was stolen from the Victoria’s Secret at the Shops at Blakeney.
On Monday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were called to the Victoria’s Secret in the 9800 block of Rea Road for a reported shoplifting.
Store employees told officers someone made off with $724 worth of “Very Sexy” and “Dream Angels” bras, yoga pants, hoodies and t-shirts.
The theft occurred sometime between 1 and 1:20 p.m., police say.
The store employee says the shoplifter hid the items in two bags and walked out of the store.
