A Charlotte man charged with a robbery plus two attempted robberies of businesses on West Trade Street has been arrested by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Wednesday.
Clinton Perry, 51, was charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Perry conducted the hold-ups Tuesday minutes apart from each other at a Two Way Stop store, a Church’s Chicken, and then a Family Dollar. The type of weapon used has not been disclosed by police.
Perry was jailed on $37,500 bail.
