Police Asking For Help to ID Burglars

Robbery SuspectPolice in Gastonia have released these surveillance photos in hopes that a member of the public will be able to identify the robbers pictured. The Bi-Lo on Union Road was burglarized in the early morning hours of Christmas Day. The burglars broke the glass doors at the front of the grocery store and made out with around $2,500 worth of cigarettes.

One suspect is described as a medium-build black male that was wearing blue jeans, black shoes, and a camouflage jacket at the time of the robbery. The second suspect is of similar appearance but was wearing a hooded jacket that was a beige color with a darker color on the shoulders.
