CHARLOTTE, N.C. —Police are looking for a Massachusetts man they said kidnapped and robbed a Charlotte woman.
Massachusetts police said Gregory Lewis is wanted for a home invasion, assault with a deadly weapon and raping a child in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
He’s been on the run since Sept. 15, when he cut off his ankle monitor.
Police said that on Sept. 23, he came to Charlotte, where he kidnapped, robbed and assaulted the woman.
Two days later, Lewis was seen in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Lewis is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 270 pounds.
