Police are conducting investigations after a home was shot several times in northeast Charlotte on Thursday morning.
Police say that they were called to the scene at about 4:30 a.m. The home, which is in the 1000 block of White Plains Road close to West Sugar Creek Road near I-85, was fired upon several times.
Police say the possible suspect vehicle is a gray Dodge Charger. It is possible that the shots may have been fired from this vehicle. Residents of the home say that this is the first incident at this home.
Police do not yet know what the motive for the shooting may have been, or who the suspects are, and are now asking for any tips from any possible witnesses. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
