CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are looking for the person who vandalized and stole sports equipment from a local school then set it on fire.
Police said someone broke into a shed on West Mecklenburg High School’s property on Tuckaseegee Road.
They said the vandal took several things into a wooded area and started a fire. There were also symbols spray painted on the building.
