KANNAPOLIS, NC – Police found a man lying dead at the Hampton Forest Apartments in Kannapolis around 6pm on Saturday after after receiving reports of gun shots. The victim’s name has not been released.
After an investigation at the scene a warrant for Murder and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon was issued for Logan Porter Brown, 22. Mr. Brown is described as a white male, approximately 6’1″ and 200 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Kannapolis Police say he may be driving a 2013 Toyota Scion, possibly white in color with a North Carolina License Plate AFX-6653.
Police are also looking for a second unidentified suspect who was seen running from the location. He’s described as a black man with a small-framed build, a dark complexion and possibly having dreadlocks.
