CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A convicted felon is wanted by police after removing his electronic monitoring device.
Robert Pernell Sowell, 21, was convicted of felony larceny in 2012.
A court ordered Sowell to wear a monitoring device as part of a condition of his probation.
Police say he took off the device on Monday and was last known to be in the 3300 block of Sam Drenan Road.
Anyone with information should call police.
