CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police need the public’s help finding a criminal who they said cut off his electronic monitoring device.
Kevin Sims was last seen on South Boulevard near East Park Avenue Tuesday.
He is wanted by police on outstanding warrants for possession of a firearm by a felon, damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitor device.
He has money bag tattoos under his eyes.
