There were a total of 11 arrests by police during the evening of Sept. 25th through 26th during the protests. Those arrested were:
- Tyteris Dunvar, of Charlotte; charged with breaking and entering from a warrant related to looting from previous nights
- Braxton David Winston, II, of Charlotte; extraordinary event violation
- Bruce Eric Garmon, of Charlotte; charged with carrying a concealed weapon – gun and extraordinary event violation
- Armando Gallardo, of Washington DC; extraordinary event violation
- Osiris Rain, of Charlotte; extraordinary event violation
- Ana Sanjar, of Charlotte; charged with standing in street
- Kenny Nguyen, of Charlotte; charged with standing in street and resist obstruct delay
- Michelle Marie Busick, of Charlotte; charged with standing in street
- Jake Nathaniel Poler, of Wilmington, OH; charged withassault on an officer
- Donnell Lamar Jones, of Florissant MO; charged with being disorderly, resist, resist obstruct delay, and assault on an officer
- Kyaize Taylor, of Charlotte; charged with standing in street and resist obstruct delay
