A father in Rock Hill has been charged with unlawful conduct toward children after leaving his four children for hours in the car, police said.
Jason Grant was found in the bathroom at a gas station on Riverview Road after police said they were called there Friday morning. Grant had been under the influence of a substance.
In the man’s pocket and inside the car, police found prescription drugs.
