Rock Hill Man Arrested at Traffic Stop for Drug Possession

HammondA Rock Hill man who was found with drug paraphernalia and meth has been charged with drug distribution, police said.

Brandon Timothy Hammond, 21, of Noostee Town Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a sheriff’s report show. He was given a $8,952 bond and held at Moss Justice Center

Hammond was arrested Thursday after being stopped during a traffic stop by York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit agents who were conducting a narcotics investigation, according to investigators. They found Hammond at the intersection of Red River Road and Waterford Parkway with around a half gram of marijuana and about eight grams of meth.
