BOONE, N.C. – An alleged serial back rubber has struck again in Boone.
A third woman has reported to Boone police that Julio Antonio Yanez entered her apartment on August 15 and attempted to give her back rub while she was in bed.
Yanez was first charged for breaking into a Boone home on July 19 and giving a woman inside a back rub without her permission, police say.
A second victim identified Yanez on July 25 as the same man who allegedly broke into her home on West King Street, as well. She told police Yanez stroked her arms and back after she denied his request to give her a back rub.
Yanez was charged with two counts of misdemeanor breaking and entering and two counts of misdemeanor assault on a female.
He was placed under a $2,000 secured bond pending a court date of September 17.
