A convicted sex offender is back in jail on charges of selling marijuana. According to Huntersville police, Erick Shields was arrested on Tuesday at his home on Southland Drive.
Shields is facing a long list of drug charges as well as a charge of use of social networking sites by a sex offender. He was convicted in Haywood County in 2006 of sexual exploitation of a minor.
