CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. – A sex offender was arrested on 14 charges after exposing himself to people on three separate occasions, according to the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Shawn Holloway was arrested on Thursday and charged with two counts of indecent exposure in Caldwell County.
The first charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 17, at Bonnie Mist Carwash off of Connelly Springs Road. The second incident occurred on August 2, in a parking lot between Castle Bridge Tire and Jack B Quick off Connelly Springs Road, deputies said.
Holloway was also served with a warrant from Longview Police Department for violating his sex offender restrictions after exposing himself to a female at Longview Recreation Center.
He was charged with one count of indecent exposure and eleven counts of sex offender at/near child premise in Burke County.
He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center and placed under two secured bonds of $50,000.
