STATESVILLE, N.C. — Statesville police are asking for the public’s help to locate a three suspects in a jewelry store robbery.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. Friday at Statesville Jewelry & Loan at 110 S. Center Street.
Officers arrived to find the front glass broken. They searched the building but did not locate any suspects.
Surveillance video shows three people entering the store, according to police. They allegedly shattered the window with a crowbar, and then two of them are shown shattering a jewelry case and stealing the items inside. In the mean time, police say the third suspect stole four AR-15 rifles from a different section of the shop.
