CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police and the CMPD SWAT team are on the scene of a barricaded subject in west Charlotte. Authorities say the barricaded subject is suicidal. The scene is in the 10000 block of Old Dowd Road in west Charlotte.
