There were shots fired during a northwest Charlotte party Saturday night, police said.
Authorities received a call to a house on Buck Valley Drive close to Sam Wilson road about 2:30 a.m.
According to investigators, teenagers had been attending the party. As one of them was leaving the house, he took out his gun and shot it.
Police said they don’t believe anyone was a target in the shooting and that no one was injured, but a few surrounding homes were hit by the bullets.
There have been no arrests made in the case.
