Teen Shot In Concord; Dies At Hospital

tape gunCONCORD, N.C. – Concord police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager dead.

Police said they responded to a report of a 15-year-old being treated at Northeast Medical Center for a gunshot wound. The teen eventually died at the hospital, according to police.

The teen had been brought to the hospital by private automobile.

Police said the victim was originally shot while riding in a vehicle in the area of Corban Avenue SW and Crowell Drive SW in Concord.
