ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill Police say a teen who shot and killed a man just after midnight Sunday turned himself in Monday afternoon.
Police said Santario McCoy was shot and killed by 19-year-old Donquavious Davis after a dispute at a home on Baker Street in Rock Hill.
Davis turned himself in to the Moss Justice Center in York County just before 1 Monday afternoon.
Detectives have picked up Davis and transported him to the Rock Hill City Jail where he will undergo processing.
