The video below is The First 48‘s episode featuring CMPD investigating the stabbing death of Oscar Alvarado. Danielle Holmes and Jonathan Fitzgerald were arrested for the murder of Mr. Alvardo and it was discovered the murder was related to a heroin drug deal/robbery by the suspects.
Danielle Holmes was bailed out of jail, only to get arrested in Cabarrus County for a separate robbery. Jonathan Fitzgerald has remained in jail since he was arrested and charged with murder.
