Two Dead In Shooting At Fort Mill Party

csiFORT MILL, S.C. – Fort Mill police say two people are dead after a shooting late Saturday night.

It happened at 276 Munn Road at 11:30 pm

Officers were originally dispatched in reference to a fight in progress, and upon arrival found that the two victims had sustained gunshot wounds.

Both victims were transported to Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, North Carolina. Both victims died from gunshot wounds inflicted at the incident location.

Their names & addresses are currently being withheld, pending location and notification of family members by the York County Coroner’s Office. The York County Coroner will provide their information upon completion of the notification process.

The incident location was rented to, and the party hosted by a motorcycle club not based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Several hundred persons in attendance were apparently from a number of states in the region, and a large number of people left the scene prior to officers arriving.

An intensive investigation is continuing, and no other details are available at this time. Further information will be provided as details become available.
