Brandon William Harrington was on CMPD Electronic Monitoring while out on bond for a pending robbery charge. On August 4, 2009, Harrington cut off his court ordered monitor in the 7300 block of Harrisburg Road and is currently wanted by CMPD on outstanding warrants for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and damage to property.
Harrington has an extensive arrest history including robbery, drug, assault, and burglary charges.
