Woman Arrested After Selling Drugs To Undercover Officer

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Police arrested a woman for selling prescription drugs to undercover officers.

Investigators say Glenda Deese sold oxycodone and hydrocodone to undercover officers on several occasions in December and January.

She has been charged with four counts of trafficking opium by possession, four counts of trafficking opium by sale and two counts of trafficking opium by transportation.

She was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $250,000 bond.
