Woman Says She Was Victimized By Drive-By Flasher

SirenROCK HILL, S.C. – A woman in Rock Hill says she was the victim of a drive-by flashing.

On Monday evening, a woman told Winthrop University Police she came across a man exposing himself.

The victim says she was walking from the Digiorgio Center to West Thompson when a black vehicle pulled up next to her at the intersection of Ebenezer Avenue and Founders Lane and inquired about where the Popeye’s was located.

The victim says she then began to give directions when she looked in the car and the man was exposing himself. The suspect quickly drove away, she says.

The victim described the man as a black male wearing an orange hat and blue shirt, and was driving an older model black car that was in good shape.

Winthrop University Police were not able to locate the suspect.
